Rincon Towers in San Francisco represents the ultimate in luxury apartment living.
If you’re looking for luxury corporate housing in San Francisco, Rincon Towers offers everything from unfurnished to custom-furnished apartments, concierge service, housekeeping, parking, and more. Rincon Center features restaurants, a new post office, a full-service market, a dentist, an optometrist, a beauty salon, gift shops, a dry cleaner and commercial offices, all centered around a beautiful courtyard reminiscent of a European plaza.
The Architecture
Completed in 1989, Rincon Center was designed by Fain & Johnson of the William Pereira firm. The 22-foot tall obelisk sculpture created by artist Joan Broan completes Rincon’s unparalleled commitment to integrating art and a well-designed neighborhood. Rincon Center’s public focal point is the majestic sky-lit Atrium, similar to Milan’s famed Galleria.
Soaring from the center of this five-story marvel is Doug Hollis’ renowned water sculpture, “Rain Column.” This spectacular display can be viewed from the staged seating areas and many of the restaurants that flow through the Atrium.
The historical significance of Rincon Center is symbolized by Russian-born artist Anton Refregier’s original mural, spanning 400 feet of the Rincon Center Historic Lobby. Created between 1941 and 1948, these controversial portraits tell the story of California’s colorful past. They amaze the scores of visitors, office workers and residents that pass through this lobby daily.
The Center is crowned by the 25-story twin spires that achieve clear recognition on the San Francisco skyline as Rincon Towers. A premiere luxury apartment high-rise community, Rincon Towers completes the extraordinary design concept at Rincon Center. Today, as it was in 1989, Rincon remains a true center of attention.
